Long Description	The Doom Ray is really several beam weapons at once. If we were to watch a Doom Ray hit an enemy ship in slow motion, you would first see the initial phased-based beam connection between the attacker and the defender. The effect is to get the Doom Ray into harmonic equality with the enemy ship. Once harmonic equality has been reached, the main Doom Ray itself is fired which has the effect of converting significant portions of the enemy ship into energy which creates a chain reaction across the ship. It is, literally, the ultimate beam weapon technology.
