Super Dominators are good at extorting money from other races, and have minions to aid in their attack.
This special ability increases the chance of other civization to pay the Drengin Empire when the Drengin demand credits. When war is declared on or by the Drengin, they recieve a certain amount of "Super Dominator Corvettes" based on the Drengins original military might. This ability is unique to the Drengin Empire.
