Thanks to my race's "Green Thumb" ability, the class 39 planet that the Dread Lords "gave" me (serves them right for stealing the radioactive planet in my backyard) is now a class 42. This is without using any cheats or mods. I'd imagine the class would be even higher if my race had another rank of Green Thumb.
